Meet the Team
Mark Batchelor
Owner / Director / Head Mechanic
Meet Mark who was born in and started his mechanic career in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney. After building up ten years of experience on European vehicles, he then moved to the Central Coast with his wife Hayley.
In 2005 Mark joined East Coast European, where he continued his career specialising in European vehicles as a qualified mechanic.
In 2017 Mark and his wife Hayley purchased the business and have built up a great rapport with all customers new and old. Mark is driven to provide high quality customer service and high quality workmanship for anything your European vehicle may need.
Hayley Batchelor
Owner / Director / Customer Service / Accounts
Meet Hayley, who joined East Coast European when herself and husband Mark purchased the business in 2017. With a legal and teaching background, Hayley has various skills that contribute greatly to the day to day operations of East Coast European.
You will find Hayley in the office tending to an array of duties including customer service, bookings, administration and accounting.
When not at work, Hayley is tending to their young family who keep her on her toes and very busy.
Brad Tyler
Parts / Customer Service Manager
Brad has always been involved in the automotive industry. Cars were his passion from a young age and this all begun at the family owned mechanical workshop.
Before joining East Coast European in 2019, Brad worked for some of the countries largest aftermarket automotive parts companies, establishing great customer relationships and building a wealth of knowledge particularly in European vehicles.
When Brad isn’t behind the desk at work, he is at home with his wife and two little girls. Brad is also an avid BBQ enthusiast and most weekends he can be found tending to his BBQ smoker.
