I wanted to thank you once more for resolving the issue on my daughter’s Volkswagen Tiguan which arose when her car broke down on the M1 Freeway on Saturday. You and your staff have identified and resolved what has been an ongoing issue of intermittent misfiring and loss of power including the occasional break down which normally only occurred when driving on the Freeway. She has been trying to get this problem resolved for quite a few years without much success. Despite the fact that the diagnostic scans did not show up any issues you managed to resolve the issue quickly and cost effectively. She drove back to Sydney last night without incident and called to let us know that she got home ok with no signs of misfiring or loss of power. Thank you for all your help and advice.

Thomas Mitchell East Coast European have serviced and repaired my Vito van for the past 3 years. The guys have always been helpful, knowledgeable and resourceful. They understand this is my tool of trade so facilitate services and repairs in a timely manner to keep my vehicle on the road. They communicate any problems and timelines regularly and I have never had to return to follow up services or repairs. They also service my Ford in the same manner. Prices are competitive. The team at East Coast European go above and beyond what you expect from a 'mechanic'. Whilst they deal in high end European cars, it would be hard to find a more dedicated group of people in relation to customer service, follow up and general decency.
